How to book Our aim is to make booking a holiday at Mas des Costes as simple as possible, and preferably without using either paper or postage. In order to make a booking: 1. Check availability and prices Please look at the Availability and Tariff pages on this website to see whether the dates you want are available, and to find out the prices. If the dates you want are available, then… 2. Enquire Use our enquiry form (courtesy of Holiday Rentals) to enquire directly with us about the dates and prices you want, or to get answers to any questions you may have. Please don’t hesitate to ask us anything about the house, the region, travel to Mas des Costes, etc. Click here to go to the enquiry form. We receive an SMS message alerting us whenever an enquiry is sent, using this form, so we can normally respond by e-mail within a very short time. But once we are in correspondence, please just directly. The availability form is for first contact only. 3.Make a provisional booking Once we have confirmed that the dates you want are available, and the rental price, you can decide whether to go ahead with a booking. If you need a little time to decide while you consult friends or family, or check travel arrangements that’s fine. Just let us know. We will normally hold a booking for a few days without commitment. When you are ready, please to make a provisional booking for you. We will confirm arrangements by return e-mail. Your booking only becomes confirmed when we receive your completed Booking Form and deposit (25% of the agreed rental price). Please be sure to read our Terms & Conditions displayed on this website. 4. Submit a completed Booking Form We recommend that you complete our Booking Form online just click here to go to the form. You can print/save a copy for your own records. Alternatively, if you prefer, you may download a Booking Form, print it, complete it by hand, and either post it to us at the address provided on the form or scan it and attach it to an e-mail. Click here for a downloadable version of the Booking Form. 5. Pay deposit When we have received your completed Booking Form we will send you an e-mail enclosing an invoice for the deposit. The invoice contains full payment instructions (see our Terms & Conditions for acceptable payment arrangements). 6. Confirmation When we have received your deposit we will send you a booking confirmation by e-mail. That’s it! We will send you an invoice for the balance due, nearer to your departure date. |
